Lateness:

I strongly encourage my guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with my location. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and Microblading deposits will be forfeited.

No Guests Please:

Due to the nature of my detailed services, I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Please no friends, boyfriends, hubby’s, children, or pets allowed.

Microblading deposits:

A $100 NON-refundable deposit is taken when booking your procedure to CONFIRM your Microblading appointment on that specific date. Rescheduling will require an additional deposit. You may consider your appointment confirmed when you recieve a text message from me confirming the date and time.

Microblading Balance:

The remaining balance of your scheduled session is due immediately upon service completion. 

Microblading Touch-UPs:

*************** PLEASE NOTE. Clients are completely responsible for scheduling their touch up sessions in advance. No exceptions. Book when you book your initial session AND plan ahead for your future sessions.

Discounted mini touch-up within 4-6 weeks for $50 (Clients responsibility to book this session in advance and within the time frame)

Existing Brow Tattoos:

I am extremely selective when working over other tattoo artist's work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you email me clear photos of your brows for approval (alexis@Elitebrowsandbeauty.com) BEFORE booking your appointment.

Important for microblading clients:

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to my FAQ section to see if the services I offer may be beneficial to you and whether or not the Pre & Post Care Instructions are a good fit for your lifestyle.

**Cancellation policy** ****MUST READ****

24 hour Cancellation notice is required to cancel your appointment. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions. If you fail to cancel your appointment in this time frame you will be charged half of your balance due of your session, no exceptions. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full appointment price. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a late cancellation fee of half of the amount of your session. By booking your session with Elite Brows and Beauty, LLC and clicking the booking tab you acknowledge that you have read this policy. My scheduling is very structured. And my time as well as others is very important! Thanks so much for taking the time to read this thoroughly and booking with Elite!

TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once a class date and time is decided by both parties, the student may not change, reschedule or cancel that date or time without forfeiting the deposit. There will be no exemptions.

***No Children, Guests or pets***

Please note*** No children, GUESTS, or pets are allowed to be with you during your session. IF your appointment gets cancelled because you have come with kids, a guest or pets, you will be charged a late cancelation charge equal to half the price of your scheduled session. No exceptions.
